Belbin Team Role Inventory

A Belbin Team Inventory is an assessment used to gain insight into an individual’s behavioural tendency in a team environment. My most recent and complete Belbin Team Role Reports (November 2007) shows that my preferred natural team roles are:

• Plant
• Teamworker
• Specialist

My Belbin Self-Perception:

• Plant
• Specialist
• Co-ordinator og Resource Investigator

The people I work with see a little differently which is natural and depends on the role I have in the project. My colleagues assessement:

• Plant
• Completer Finisher

Also the customers I work with has assessed me. My customers assesment:

In 2011 I completed another Belbin Self-Perception Inventory at a management course at Niels Brock/TDC Group, and there my preferred natural roles were: Shaper, Plant and Resource Investigator. Please note, that it was a selftest.
